Job summary

You will engage in upselling across all product categories, manage client relationships through CRM campaigns, and maintain an immaculate store environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail Fashion, at least 1 year in luxury sales.
• Maintains high personal and brand image standards.
• Strong selling and communication skills are essential.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Upsell, cross-sell and drive sales across all product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and meet KPI targets with store leadership.
• Manage client relationships and CRM campaigns for loyal customers.
• Operate stock, POS and customer database with accuracy.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
