Job summary

FENDI in London is seeking a passionate Ambassador to deliver an extraordinary luxury shopping experience. You will engage clients with expert product knowledge, upsell across categories and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced boutique environment.

The role requires at least three years in retail fashion with luxury exposure, a professional appearance, and fluent English. You will manage CRM activities, maintain store standards and support stock, POS, and merchandising to ensure flawless

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail Fashion with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Maintains high image standards and professional demeanor.
Excellent selling, communication and customer service skills.
Fluent English; second language is a plus.
Strong knowledge or interest in fashion/luxury.

Responsibilities

Engage in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across product categories.
Monitor personal sales performance against targets and KPI.
Provide feedback on products, including new launches.
Strengthen customer relations and manage CRM activities.
Operate the store system for stock, payments and customer data.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock counts.
Uphold visual merchandising standards and a clean store environment.
Carry out other duties as required.
