Job summary

FENDI is seeking a dedicated Ambassador to deliver an extraordinary luxury shopping experience in our Greater London stores. You will drive upselling across product categories, manage CRM campaigns, and uphold impeccable service standards.

With at least 3 years in luxury retail and fluent English, you will nurture client relationships, support stock/merchandising, and contribute to a premium in-store environment consistent with the FENDI brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion with at least 1 in Luxury Sale.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
• Knowledge and/or interest in fashion/luxury industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs by Store Manager.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture FENDI customer base using CRM tools.
• Implement CRM campaigns and set up One-on-One appointments aligned with targets.
• Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with a professional, personalized touch.
• Perform store duties as assigned and operate the Sales Management system for stock transfer, payments, and customer data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock takes and cycle counts.
• Maintain visual merchandising and a safe, clean store environment; handle other duties as needed.
