FENDI London Stores is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury client experience. As a FENDI Ambassador, you will engage clients with upselling across product categories and manage CRM-driven appointments to cultivate loyalty.

The role emphasizes strong selling, English fluency, professional image, and collaboration with store teams to maintain visual standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion, with at least 1 in Luxury Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent English; second language a plus.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship skills, professional image.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and KPI achievement with store leadership.
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items.
• Strengthen customer relations and manage CRM campaigns and appointments.
• Maintain store operations, stock transfer, payments and customer data entry.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock takes.
• Keep store visuals in line with company guidelines and ensure a clean environment.
