Job summary

FENDI in London seeks a Luxury Sales Ambassador to deliver extraordinary client experiences across all product categories, driving upselling and building a loyal clientele with the company CRM tools. You will operate the store's Sales Management system, manage stock and maintain pristine visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years in luxury fashion retail, strong selling and communication skills, impeccable presentation, and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail fashion with at least 1 in luxury sale.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship skills and professionalism.
• Fluent English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell across product categories and achieve targets.
• Strengthen customer relations and CRM usage.
• Operate sales management system for stock and transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock takes.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
