haart Estate Agents in Croydon is seeking a skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator who can win instructions, grow the landlord and tenant base, and drive team success. You will manage viewings, negotiates tenancies, and build trusted relationships while ensuring compliance and safety standards.

The role offers on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year with a guaranteed first-two-months commission, uncapped commissions, a company car and funded industry training where available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in residential lettings.
• Property valuation experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Team player with a positive attitude and customer service focus.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong telephone manner.
• Proficient with IT and MS Office.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.
• Assess / value properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business.
• canvass the local area and direct prospecting.
• Door-knock and leaflet drop to promote properties.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
