Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Clacton seeks a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead landlord and tenant relationships, arrange viewings and negotiate lets. You will manage your pipeline, drive new business and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Benefits include uncapped commission, on-target earnings over £40,000 per year, guaranteed first-two-months commission, and a company car at senior level. Video interviews may be conducted.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum lettings experience in residential lettings.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Team-oriented and collaborative working style.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Basic Microsoft IT skills.
• Attention to detail in showing properties and processing paperwork.
• Understanding of current residential lettings legislation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Evaluate and price properties for market readiness.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvass local area.
• Door-knock and distribute leaflets as needed.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton:

• A minimum of 12 months experience within the residential lettings sector
• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
