Job summary

haart Estate Agents in South Woodford is seeking an ambitious Lettings Branch Manager. You will lead a busy lettings team, coach staff to hit KPIs, and cultivate landlord and tenant relationships to grow the branch pipeline.

You will drive new business while ensuring compliance with regulations, enjoying a competitive earnings package and ongoing training within the UK’s largest independent property services group.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• 2+ years lettings experience at Senior Negotiator or higher
• Strong communication and customer-service focus
• Ability to create and execute business plans for the branch
• Monitor and respond to local lettings competition and market trends
• Ensure regulatory compliance in residential lettings
• Strong IT skills and ability to manage high-volume workloads

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lettings team meetings and motivate performance
• Coach team to achieve KPIs and conduct regular 1:1s
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business and grow the pipeline
• Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements with tenants and landlords
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and internal processes

• Complete on-target earnings of £60000-£80000
• £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford:

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI's
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
