Job summary

Spicerhaart in Croydon is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to drive property sales from first viewing through to completion. You will build lasting relationships, negotiate winning deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-performing team.

The role offers a driving licence, a company car, uncapped commission and the chance to pursue funded training leading to a recognised qualification. Career progression and support programmes are available.

Qualifications

• Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
• Canvassing the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
