You’ll conduct valuations, win new instructions, negotiate deals and mentor junior staff while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual) required.
• Works well with others to create a team spirit.

• Understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Support the team to achieve KPI targets.
• Assist colleagues in the manager’s absence.

A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Romford:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
• Providing support to your colleagues in your manager’s absence
