Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Croydon branch, focusing on winning instructions, generating new business, and delivering outstanding results. You will build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, drive viewings, and guide tenancy agreements from start to finish.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong negotiation and aDrive to exceed targets with a guaranteed first-two-month commission and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills noted in responsibilities and company intro.
• Strong IT skills including basic Microsoft packages are required.
• Attention to detail is important for Valuations and letting processes.
• Outstanding customer service is emphasized as a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

• Full UK Driving Licence
