haart Estate Agents in Croydon is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to win instructions, win new business, and deliver outstanding results. You will build trusted landlord/tenant relationships, manage viewings, and drive the team’s success from our busy Croydon branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience within the residential lettings sector.
• Property valuation experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Team player with a positive working environment.
• Strong customer service delivery.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good telephone manner.
• Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft Office).
• Understanding current legislation related to Residential Lettings.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market.
• Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Canvassing the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
