haart Estate Agents Croydon is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator who excels at winning instructions, generating new business and delivering results. You will build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants and play a key role in driving the team’s ongoing success.

The role offers on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year, an uncapped commission scheme, a guaranteed first-two-months commission, a company car, and fully funded training toward a recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential lettings experience.
• Property valuation experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service and team spirit.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Experience assessing/valuing properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants and generate new business.
• Canvassing the local area and promoting properties.
• Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Croydon:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing /valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Croydon:

• A minimum of two years experience within the residential lettings sector
• Property valuation experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
• Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
