haart Estate Agents in Croydon is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to win instructions, win new business, and deliver outstanding results. You will build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, and play a key role in the team’s ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in residential lettings (see essential skills).
• Property valuation experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to work with others to build a positive team dynamic.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good telephone manner and IT literacy (MS Office).
• Understanding of current lettings legislation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/value properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business, canvass the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping to generate leads.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Croydon:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Croydon:
