Job summary

haart Estate Agents is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead the customer journey for landlords and tenants in Essex. You will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, win new instructions and grow your pipeline within an ambitious team.

With the opportunity to pursue fully funded property industry training and progression, you’ll drive growth across lettings while delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual) required.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in lettings or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Understanding of current Residential Lettings legislation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/value properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using marketing skills.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Canvass the local area and engage in outreach.
• Door knock and leaflet drop activities to promote listings.
• Ensure properties meet health & safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Essex:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Essex:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
