haart Estate Agents in Ealing is seeking a Lettings Negotiator. You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, arrange viewings, and negotiate tenancies while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers a basic salary between £16,000 and £18,000 with uncapped commission, plus formal training and clear progression opportunities. A driving licence and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong customer-service skills and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills with basic Microsoft packages.
• Understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings to match their needs.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing methods.
• Generating new and repeat business and canvassing the local area.
• Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards.
