Job summary

Spicerhaart Croydon is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the UK's largest independent property services group. You will negotiate deals, liaise with vendors and buyers, and guide clients from first viewing to completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You should be ambitious, energetic and comfortable working in a high-performing team. A full UK driving licence is essential, with uncapped earning potential and a structured bonus scheme, plus training opportunities leading

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle).
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer care.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers; arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvass the local area.
• Door knock and leaflet drop in target areas.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Sales Negotiator

• Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
