SLT Position in a School

Are you an experienced middle leader or an aspiring Deputy Head teacher ready to take the next step in school leadership?

Academics are working closely with a Head Teacher of a secondary school in Swanley who are seeking a dedicated SLT professional to join their team on a temporary basis for terms 5 and 6, supporting their students and staff to achieve excellence. This would be both a great opportunity and good experience for someone ready to transition into a more senior role within a school.

Please note: No interviews will be required for this role as the Head Teacher is happy to book the right person with relevant experience immediately for a trial period.

1. A proven leader committed to leading and inspiring a team within the SLT with experience in school leadership or teaching.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant teaching experience in the UK.
