Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly provides technical guidance on site reliability practices to teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops production code for reliability tooling and telemetry pipelines and reviews code.
• Drives decisions on reliability design, observability, and operational processes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in SRE, observability, or telemetry engineering.
• Leads resiliency design reviews and breaks complex problems into manageable work.
• Acts as main contact during major incidents and facilitates blameless postmortems.
