Job summary

You will lead incident response, define SLOs, and promote data-driven improvements. The position offers enterprise-scale challenges in a structured environment with strong security and governance.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying, operating, and maintaining resilient workloads.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance and enterprise system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Champion site reliability culture and share knowledge via internal forums.
• Drive initiatives to improve reliability and stability of applications and platforms.
• Collaborate to establish service level indicators, objectives and error budgets.
• Design and implement observability frameworks and alerting strategies.
• Serve as primary incident contact to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Drive AI-assisted reliability workflows across the SDLC with proper guardrails.
