JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join the Market Risk Technology SRE team in London. You will define non-functional requirements, availability targets, and SLIs, ensuring alignment with production readiness and customer experience.

You will lead design, automation, and reliability efforts across services, champion AI-enabled reliability workflows, and mentor engineers to raise the bar for site reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts
• 5+ years of applied SRE experience
• Strong observability and SLO/alerting knowledge
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities for reliability workflows
• Ability to mentor and elevate team practices in operations

Responsabilités

• Creates and delivers high quality designs, roadmaps, and program charters with engineering
• Mentors technologists and drives culture of site reliability adoption
• Implements observability and reliability designs for complex systems with minimal toil
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident analysis and requirements traceability
• Drives evolution and debugging of critical components and system interdependencies
• Contributes to JPMorganChase's site reliability community through forums and guilds
• Leads reuse-first AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC/toolchain practices
