Job summary

Emplyfy in Olney, GB, is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Engineer to join a high-tech managed IT services team. The role covers technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and hands-on work at client premises, with ownership of issues through resolution.

You will diagnose faults on-site or remotely, manage service requests, and maintain documentation while following Cyber Essentials and GDPR standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a relevant IT role.
• Mandatory Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Mandatory Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and effective solutions for IT requirements.
• Visit customer sites to diagnose faults and perform repairs or maintenance.
• Manage and track support cases via the Service Desk platform.
• Keep customers informed throughout the ticket lifecycle per SLAs.
• Escalate significant incidents requiring management intervention.
• Install, configure, test and maintain hardware and software.
• Maintain up-to-date technical records and documentation.
