Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a technically capable IT professional to support, maintain and develop the Trust's IT infrastructure across multiple sites in Somerset. The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality, customer-focused IT service, ensuring adherence to IT Security, Data Protection and Information Governance standards.

The post involves occasional out-of-hours work and participation in the IT On-Call rota to maintain system availability and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Provide specialist technical expertise in support, maintenance, and development of IT infrastructure.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused IT support service across multiple sites and locations.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Participate in IT On-Call rota and out-of-hours work.
• Ensure compliance with Information Governance, Data Protection and Cyber Security requirements.
• Support Digital and IT projects, system upgrades and deployments.
