Job summary

The post requires IT degree level education or equivalent experience, with familiarity with NHS systems and ongoing professional qualifications such as MCSE or CompTIA A+.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level within IT or equivalent IT support experience.
• Experience of using NHS systems.
• Working toward relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MCSE, CompTIA A+).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across NHS sites.
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota to cover 24x7x365.
• Support on-site and remotely for NHS staff and partners.
• Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff to resolve issues promptly.
