• Oversee and coordinate delivery of IT support across Contact Centre and field-based Desktop Support teams.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality service for all users and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Implement a Problem Management discipline across incidents and review manual processes for automation.
• Develop and publish knowledge base articles to assist users and reduce incident volume.
• Coordinate weekly statistics on team performance for monthly management review.
