Job summary

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver proactive and responsive desktop and network support across the Trust. You will diagnose faults, resolve incidents, and maintain hardware, software, and telephony systems on site and remotely.

You will log requests in the ITSM system, assist with AD administration, and share knowledge with colleagues to drive continuous service improvement while ensuring information governance and security policies

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support to the Contact Centre and field-based Desktop Support teams.
• Log and manage user requests in the ITSM system with detailed information for resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware/software per Trust standards.
• Administer Active Directory and support PC hardware, telephony, software and network infrastructure.
