Qualifications

• 2nd line IT support experience in a busy environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 and core apps.
• Solid networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/TCP/IP) and VPN troubleshooting.
• Ability to own and manage full lifecycle of support requests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as key IT support contact, delivering fast, practical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Own requests from first contact to resolution and tracking.
• Set up new starters with required systems and access.
• Mentor junior team members and improve IT processes.
