Job summary

Pell Frischmann Group Ltd. is expanding its IT Operations team in Wakefield and seeks a proactive IT Support Engineer to support a user base of over 700 colleagues.

You will be involved in day-to-day IT operations, security compliance, and liaising with IT Managers to maintain a reliable infrastructure. The role focuses on supporting a Microsoft-based environment (Office 365, Azure) and maintaining server hardware.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Microsoft-based environment (Office 365 and Azure)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (2019 and above)
• Solid understanding of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• Experience maintaining IT infrastructure and documenting configurations
• Ability to work with third-party suppliers and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organisation’s server, network and Active Directory environment.
• Administer core IT tools, maintain documentation, and manage software updates and patching.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to support infrastructure services and resolve end-user issues.
• Contribute to IT projects and ensure compliance with information and cyber security policies.
