IT Support Engineer

About Pell Frischmann:

Pell Frischmann is a specialist advisory and technical consultancy operating across the built and natural environment, helping to shape a better future for the communities in which we work. We offer consultancy services, with access to specialist sister companies and partners, to support both public and private-sector clients. We work across sectors encompassing buildings, infrastructure, and regeneration.

  • Setting up equipment, accounts, and access rights for new starters.
  • Supporting user offboarding activities, ensuring accounts, equipment, and permissions are managed securely.
  • Assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Supporting network connectivity, VPN access, printers, and meeting room technology.
  • Maintaining accurate asset registers and IT documentation.
  • Assisting with software deployments, upgrades, and security updates.
  • Supporting local office IT requirements while working closely with the wider IT team.
  • Contributing ideas to improve support processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
