Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team in Banbury, UK seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to maintain high standards of service across the organisation. You will manage Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools, deliver 2nd/3rd line support, and design lightweight automation and SharePoint/Power Platform solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• BSc, MIS or other IT-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT support experience.
• Advanced qualification in Microsoft 365 administration and/or development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven exposure to high-pressure, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support to a global user base and resolve incidents to SLAs.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, Power Platform and Entra ID.
• Design, develop and enhance SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with low-code automation.
• Support day-to-day service operations with clear communication, prioritisation and escalation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge articles and operational standards.
