Job summary

Cornucopia IT Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join a busy team. The role covers Windows 365, on-premises Active Directory, Hyper-V, networking and end-user infrastructure, supporting roughly 100 users.

You will work with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects, security improvements, and co‑ordinate with third‑party suppliers. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, with

Qualifications

Experience in 1st–2nd line IT support in a corporate environment.
Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune knowledge.
On-premises Active Directory and Group Policy experience.
Microsoft Hyper-V and physical server experience.
Solid networking knowledge, including VLANs and switches.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi, Veeam, PowerShell, SQL Server, endpoint security/EDR, firewalls, structured cabling, VoIP/telephony and Sage 200.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on IT support to approximately 100 users across the organisation.
Support Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID and Intune in a hybrid environment.
Maintain on-premises Active Directory and Group Policy configurations.
Manage Hyper-V hosts/virtual machines and physical servers as required.
Assist with network maintenance, VLANs, switches and firewall configurations.
Collaborate with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects and security improvements.
Coordinate with third‑party suppliers to deliver IT services and escalations.
