Langham Recruitment is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line) to support a fully remote user base across Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to resolving user and platform issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a 2nd line support or Microsoft 365 support role.
• Strong experience supporting remote users in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support to a fully remote user base across Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot user access, authentication, device, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
