Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to maintain and support customer environments across on-site and remote locations. The role blends technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support and hands-on work at client sites.

You will resolve incidents, perform installations, manage service requests, and ensure systems meet required standards while maintaining clear client communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT position with hands-on technical support and incident handling.
• Experience at customer sites and in managing service requests to SLA.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, GDPR and Microsoft 365 stack.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues and perform installations & maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management as needed.
• Prioritise workload to meet business objectives.
• Monitor customer systems to ensure standards.
• Install, configure, test, and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents remotely and on client premises.
