Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to provide responsive technical assistance, on-site installations, and proactive infrastructure support for client environments. You will manage incidents, communicate clearly with customers, and work within SLAs while collaborating with external providers.

We require at least 5 years in a similar IT role, with solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and security standards, plus excellent written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT position.
• Proven knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards and their implementation.
• Microsoft 365 including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Microsoft Intune, RMM solutions and telephone platforms.
• Network infrastructure including routers, switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs and firewalls.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 with Group Policy.
• Azure administration and implementation.
• Windows 10/11 and Mac environments.
• Client builds, imaging and system deployment.
• Strong customer-facing skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, perform installations and maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Maintain communication and SLA adherence with customers.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Review workload and prioritize to meet objectives.
• Monitor customer systems to ensure standards.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents remotely and on-site.
