Job summary

Emplyfy, an international high-tech MSP, seeks an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to maintain and support customer environments. The role blends customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support and hands-on work at client locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT, strong Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server experience, plus solid networking and security knowledge, with a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT position.
• Proven knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience with Azure administration and implementation.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Group Policy and security policies.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve technical issues, install and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and work within SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management when needed.
• Review workload and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
• Monitor customer systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents both remotely and on client premises.
