Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to support customers in a high-tech, international MSP. You will work across troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and on-site client deployments, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT, strong Microsoft 365/Intune skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. The role involves both remote and on-site work at client locations and promises a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar IT position.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, installations, and maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
• Identify issues requiring escalation and escalate high-priority matters.
