We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior IS Analyst to join our Network Support team at Booker. You will be someone who enjoys working with technology, has a real passion for problem solving, and cares about giving great support to our colleagues and customers.
In this role, you will take the lead on delivering projects and providing support across our Business Centres, helping to improve customer experience and contribute to our commercial success. You will also act as a point of escalation for the Network Team and the wider IT function, stepping in to help with more complex issues when needed.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, supportive, and happy to mentor others, always looking for better ways of working and improving the service we provide.
You will also take part in our out of hours remote support rota to help keep the business running smoothly outside of standard working hours.
Please note - this role can be based in either our Eccles or Equity office.
