  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high‑performing iOS applications for healthcare solutions.

  • Mentor and support junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

  • Required technical and professional expertise

  • Extensive experience in iOS application development using Swift, SwiftUI and Xcode.

  • Passionate about mobile development and keeping up to date with the latest iOS development trends and best practices.

  • Good understanding of iOS design principles and interface guidelines.

  • Embraces collaboration when building solutions.

  • Good understanding of MVVM architecture and associated design patterns.

  • Have a DevOps mindset, understanding how software and infrastructure work together.

  • Good understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery and how these are implemented via the use of pipelines.

  • Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective‑C for building and maintaining high‑quality iOS applications.

  • Architecture & design: In‑depth understanding of iOS design patterns, frameworks and architectural best practices (MVC, MVVM, VIPER) to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.

  • Version control: Hands‑on experience with Git, SVN and collaborative development workflows using pull requests, branching strategies and code reviews.

  • Performance optimization: Solid grasp of techniques for mobile app performance tuning, memory management and debugging to deliver efficient and responsive user experiences.

  • Desirable certifications

    • Apple Certified iOS Developer
    • Swift Developer Certification
    • Certified Mobile Application Developer (CMAD)
    • Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Practitioner (PMI‑ACP) for those working in Agile mobile development environments
