Venturebeam is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join the team. This role is focused on leading and executing capital-raising processes for high-growth and impact-driven companies. It involves working closely with clients, investors, and internal teams across the full investment lifecycle. The Senior Investment Associate will play a key role in sourcing, preparing, and closing investment opportunities on the Venturebeam platform. The role is well suited to candidates who thrive in fast-paced, venture-focused environments and bring a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.

What you’ll do
  • Lead end-to-end fundraising processes for startups and scaleups, from origination to close
  • Build and manage relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors
  • Evaluate startups and investment materials (pitch decks, financials, traction, etc.) for platform onboarding
  • Collaborate with founders to refine investor materials and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Drive proactive outreach to expand Venturebeam’s investor network
  • Project manage deal execution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline tracking to support visibility and execution efficiency
  • Stay on top of venture market trends to inform targeting and platform strategy
  • Share insights to help evolve Venturebeam’s value proposition for founders and investors
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree required; additional qualifications (e.g. CFA, MBA) are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally including at least 1–2 years in venture capital, startup investment, or early-stage funding environments.
  • Prior exposure to VC deal sourcing, due diligence, or portfolio management strongly preferred.
  • An existing network of venture capital investors, family offices, and startup founders is highly desirable to accelerate deal sourcing and investor engagement.
  • Experience in client-facing roles in financial services, investment advisory, or legal/transactional environments.
  • Familiarity with cap tables, term sheets, startup valuation methods, and the end-to-end venture financing process.
  • Strong understanding of investment markets, investor types (VC, FO, angels), and financial instruments relevant to growth-stage companies.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
