As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join our Insight team. This is a high-impact role where you will use your analytical rigor to help us understand our customers and their behaviors better than ever before.

You will be the "why" behind the "what." You will explore our vast datasets to uncover trends that inform our strategic plans, optimise our in‑app journeys, and help deliver the most meaningful experiences for our users. You will work with a diverse range of teams—from Analytics Engineering and AI to Product and Finance—to ensure that data is at the heart of every decision we make.

What you'll do
  • Strategic Customer Intelligence
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and trends through complex data exploration, using these insights to help form strategies that positively impact the outcomes for users in your segment of customers and products
  • Provide actionable insights that improve customer engagement, commercial outcomes and marketing efficiency.
  • Conceive and carry out sophisticated experiments (A/B testing) to measure and optimise the in‑app experience, customer communications, and money flows.
  • Technical Leadership and Execution
  • Own and evolve a suite of reports and dashboards that surface critical trends for senior leadership and business users alike.
  • Design, build and embed data products which are adopted and used by end users to make decisions and understand trends.
  • Own the understanding of commercial performance for a segment of our customers and products. Collaborating with our commercial and finance teams to make sure that performance versus budget is understood and informs decisions in the wider team.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product and Design teams to analyse user funnels and identify key "drop‑off" points, suggesting data‑backed improvements to the app journey.
  • Work with CRM to help identify opportunities for omni‑channel communications and understand how your segment of customers and products are responding to communications.
  • Support the Commercial and Finance teams in sizing new opportunities and business casing new developments, acting as a "subject matter expert" on data and metrics for your segment of customers and products.
Who you are
  • Professional Profile
  • Driven and Ambitious: You have 2-5+ years of relevant experience in a high‑performing analytical environment (e.g., management consultancy, Fintech, or a leading consumer app).
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a proven track record of using data to drive business value and effect tangible change.
  • Mission‑Aligned: You have a genuine interest in Moneybox and a passion for helping everyone reach their financial goals.

  • Programming: Experience with GitHub and dbt is preferred.
  • Analytical Rigor: Understanding of AB test measurement, statistical concepts, and app analytics tools like Mixpanel.
