Job summary

Realex Payments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through both inbound and outbound activities. You will qualify leads, promote solutions and manage client documentation in Salesforce to convert enquiries into profitable customers.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development, maintain accurate pipelines, and strive to exceed KPIs while supporting partner office initiatives for incremental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in internal customer support and/or internal sales.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative communications skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Solid experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound leads, promoting products and services and converting enquiries into customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting on partner lists and drive proposals, CSA's and client documentation.
• Ensure compliance by completing risk assessments and adhering to pricing policies.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development to meet standards and objectives.
• Manage incumbent client reviews, maintain Salesforce pipelines, and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs including funnel activity, proposals and close rates.
• Participate in sales and product training to strengthen solutions selling.
• Collaborate with UK Field Sales to handover merchant opportunities for face-to-face sales.
• Periodically be onsite at Partner offices to drive incremental opportunities.
