Zusammenfassung

PaymentPlus Group is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities in our core market segments across Ireland and the UK. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, qualify leads, present our product offering, manage the full sales cycle and meet revenue targets.

You will work from Scotland with a focus on growing revenue, upselling products, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in B2B inside sales or telesales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with inbound and outbound calling, lead generation, qualifying decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently yet collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Generate and develop sales opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach (phone, email, social platforms).
• Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and build a robust pipeline.
• Present our payment proposition in a consultative manner, understanding customer needs and positioning solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle and close deals.
• Upsell new products/services into the existing base to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain and manage our CRM with accuracy (opportunities, pipeline, contracts).
• Monitor, report and analyse performance against KPIs.
• Contribute to team and broader business development initiatives.
