Job summary

Realex Payments in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through both inbound and outbound activities. You will qualify leads, promote solutions and manage client documentation in Salesforce to convert enquiries into profitable customers.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development, maintain accurate pipelines, and strive to exceed KPIs while supporting partner office initiatives for incremental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in internal customer support and/or internal sales.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative communications skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Solid experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound leads, promoting products and services and converting enquiries into customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting on partner lists and drive proposals, CSA's and client documentation.
• Ensure compliance by completing risk assessments and adhering to pricing policies.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development to meet standards and objectives.
• Manage incumbent client reviews, maintain Salesforce pipelines, and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs including funnel activity, proposals and close rates.
• Participate in sales and product training to strengthen solutions selling.
• Collaborate with UK Field Sales to handover merchant opportunities for face-to-face sales.
• Periodically be onsite at Partner offices to drive incremental opportunities.

• Qualify and manage inbound leads, determining appropriate sales processes, promoting products and services and converting enquiries into profitable customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting on agreed partner contact lists and follow-up to drive conversion, ensuring proposals, Client Services Agreements (CSA's) and client documentation (including checklists) are accurate and timely.
• Ensure compliance by completing risk assessments, adhering to pricing policies, and meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development teams to ensure prospects and clients meet required standards and conversion objectives.
• Manage incumbent client reviews, including rate checks and SLA commitments, to ensure retention and growth. Maintain accurate pipelines in Salesforce, recording client information, tasks, cases, and actions to maximise sales effectiveness and provide timely reporting.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's, including funnel activity, proposals, close rates, and compliance service levels.
• Participate in sales and product training sessions to strengthen solutions-selling capability and confidence.
• Collaborate with our UK Field Sales teams where required to handover merchant opportunities requiring face to face sales.
• Periodically be onsite at our Partner offices to work through Partner Sales and Account Management teams to drive incremental opportunities from their customer base.

  Minimum of 2+ years experience in internal customer support and/or internal sales.

• Strong interpersonal and consultative communications skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone, influence and negotiate effectively and engage in mature, solutions focused conversations with customers. A solid understanding of the sales processes supported by practical experience using Salesforce
• Strong administrative capability and attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ability to work independently while identifying business opportunities and driving new sales in a competitive environment.
