A leading defense technology company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Carnforth to manage and deliver strategic Test & Evaluation infrastructure. The Infrastructure Development team within Test & Evaluation is responsible for the delivery of new or modified infrastructure / capability in order to deliver future programmes.
Working within lines of business within BAE we firstly define the requirements for their project needs and identify a solution, and appropriately deliver this through the engineering life cycle (conception through to solution handover).
In addition, we also look within the UK supply chain to identify potential collaborators / test facilities to conduct our work. Critical to the role is collaboration with the UK MoD and our international industry partners.
