Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager for the EMEA region in London to ensure customers quickly realize value from the platform. You will lead onboarding through activation for enterprise clients, coordinating with People Science, Account Managers, and Customer Success to tailor deployments to each customer’s operating rhythms.

As a trusted liaison, you’ll translate business goals into scalable configurations, manage risks, and guide cross-functional teams to successful launches

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing projects.
• Ideally 2-4 years' experience of implementing SaaS products with customers.
• Fluency in both English and German is essential.
• Experience with project management, customer success, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients as well as internal teams and key stakeholders in the business.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations (e.g., multi-product launches, data integrations, SSO/SCIM).
• Translate objectives into scalable configuration and data design for HR systems.
• Lead project planning, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Resolve implementation issues and escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate enablement with Customer Trainers and People Scientists; train admins for launch.
• Handoff to post-implementation with documentation and recommendations.
• Capture customer insights to inform product improvements and processes.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and delivery standards.
