Job summary

Referment is seeking a Customer Success Enterprise Manager in London to lead enterprise onboarding for a fintech SaaS platform. You will own the technical delivery, map ERP integration requirements, and coordinate data ingestion and workflow builds tailored to each client environment.

Ideal candidates have strong API/data integration skills, extensive enterprise experience, and comfort communicating with executives and stakeholders across departments. Hybrid work in London is available.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant or Business Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping and integration patterns.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations, including with senior stakeholders.
• Able to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Strong organisational skills and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Gather and map technical requirements, including custom fields and data flows.
• Own the technical implementation and core application configuration.
• Coordinate data ingestion setup and workflow builds for each deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and customer success to design tailored ERP integrations and manage project plans.
