Job summary

Dianaduggan seeks a German-speaking Customer Success Services Specialist in London, working hybrid with weekly office presence. You will support enterprise deployments, migrations, identity management, and licensing projects for corporate customers.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and customer IT teams, providing technical guidance and coordinating deployments to minimise risk and maximize software value. ASAP start on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software migrations, SaaS transformations, or tenant migrations.
• Ability to plan projects, manage discovery, risks, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating internal and customer teams for deployment and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support growing corporate customers through deployment, migration, identity, and licensing projects.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and customer IT teams to provide technical guidance.
• Lead migration activities and help customers maximise value from software investments.
• Engage with IT administrators, IT managers, project leads, procurement teams, and software asset managers.
• Develop into a trusted technical advisor and SME.
