Job summary

Moonfire is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex project deliveries for enterprise customers. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer implementations, ensuring smooth go-lives and ongoing support.

This is a hybrid position based in London requiring strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in delivery, implementation, or technical project management.
• Strong project management skills including building and owning a project plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of complex, enterprise implementations end to end.
• Guide customers through technical integration with the Flagright platform.
• Map and manage stakeholders on both sides of a delivery.
