We are working with an established law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Immigration Solicitor to join its growing immigration team. This is a key hire for the firm, with an immediate start preferred, and offers long-term progression for the right individual.
The firm is seeking a solicitor with 5+ years PQE in immigration law. While previous managerial or supervisory experience would be advantageous, the firm is open to providing training and support to candidates who are stepping into a senior role for the first time.
Manage a varied and complex caseload of immigration matters, including visas, asylum, nationality, and appeals.
Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
Liaise with the Home Office, tribunals, and other relevant authorities.
Support and oversee junior team members where appropriate.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in UK Immigration Law.
Strong technical knowledge of immigration legislation and procedures.
Ability to manage files independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory or management experience is beneficial but not essential.
Must be able to work full-time from the Birmingham office.
Competitive salary in the region of £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience.
