Job summary

Betty CA is seeking a performance marketing leader in London to drive player acquisition for online casino products. You will collaborate with design teams to create engaging creatives and oversee campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing for revenue growth in a regulated North American iGaming context.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on iGaming marketing experience, analytics in GA4 and AppsFlyer, and a proven track record of performance-driven results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on performance marketing experience within the iGaming or online gambling industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for a real money gaming product.
• Strong understanding of iGaming acquisition, player journeys, conversion funnels, and revenue metrics.
• Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including campaign attribution and player reporting.
• Strong understanding of iOS tracking (SKAN) and handling non-consented users.
• Experience with GA4, event setup, reports, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging advertising creatives.
• Drive innovative performance marketing initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders for execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve player acquisition, campaign efficiency, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop performance marketing strategies tailored to the iGaming market.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve acquisition and ROI.
• Develop expertise in the North American gambling market with cross-functional teams.
